Common Errors and Solutions
- Go to Sales → Products → Select the product
- In General Information tab, change Product Type to Storable Product
- Save
- Now click "Track by quantity" again
- Go to Inventory → Configuration → Warehouses
- Click Create
- Enter warehouse name (e.g., "Main Warehouse")
- Set the address
- Save
- Return to the product and try again
- Contact your administrator
- Admin should go to Settings → Users → Select user
- Enable Inventory access rights
- Save
How to Enable Tracking
- Go to Sales → Products → Select a product
- Ensure Product Type is set to Storable Product
- Go to the Inventory tab
- Enable Track Inventory or click Track by quantity
- Save
