4. Display Discounts

Show original price crossed out with the discounted price

Method A: Compare at Price (Strikethrough)

  1. Go to Sales → Products → Select a product
  2. In the Sales tab, set:
    • Sales Price: The discounted price (e.g., $8.00)
    • Compare at Price: The original price (e.g., $10.00)
  3. Save
Result in shop: $10.00 $8.00

Method B: Pricelists (Percentage Discounts)

  1. Go to Sales → Products → Pricelists
  2. Click Create or edit existing pricelist
  3. Add a pricelist item:
    • Applied On: Select products or categories
    • Compute Price: Percentage discount
    • Discount: Enter percentage (e.g., 20)
  4. Save
  5. Apply the pricelist in Website → Configuration → Settings
