10. Encourage Sign-ups

Prompt guest users to create an account at checkout

Configure Checkout Options

  1. Go to Website → Configuration → Settings
  2. Find Shop - Checkout Process section
  3. Configure:
    • Guest Checkout: Optional / Mandatory
    • Sign in/up at checkout: Optional / Mandatory
  4. Save

Recommended Settings

Add Promotional Message

  1. Go to the checkout page on frontend
  2. Click Edit
  3. Add a text block with member benefits:
    • "Create an account to track your orders!"
    • "Members earn reward points on every purchase!"
    • "Sign up for exclusive discounts!"
  4. Save
